-
There’s a Speedo On app integration of some sorts to expand upon this functionality.
-
The Gear Fit2 Pro is said to feature built-in GPS, which is vital for tracking runs and distances without having the wearable tethered to a smartphone.

The 2017 iteration of the Gear Fit 2 Pro will have a curved AMOLED screen – though we’ve yet to find out how big it’ll be and what resolution it’ll have. It will run on Tizen OS, Samsung’s own operating system but don’t worry if you have an Android or Apple smartphone as the smartwatch will be compatible with both OS. It’ll be waterproof down to 50 meters, which is pretty cool as you won’t have to worry about taking it off if you go swimming or even diving.
According to Blass, the Gear Fit2 Pro will be an enhanced version of the existing Gear Fit2, which was launched in June last year. Its design is similar to the Gear Fit2, and generally speaking, the new model should be seen as a ‘Pro’ version. Just like its predecessor, the Gear Fit2 Pro retains a curved AMOLED screen and is based on Tizen OS, although it will be compatible with Android and iOS devices.
